Fire is one of the greatest dangers to the agricultural sector. Every year, fire causes many dozens of farms and stables to completely shut down. In addition to the major economic damage, hundreds of animals often die as a result. Regardless of the type of agricultural business, the causes of fire are often the same. The fire can often be traced back to short circuits or problems with machines, tractors, control cabinets, technical rooms, charging points and storage of lithium batteries.

Our extinguishing systems use aerosol, the most effective extinguishing agent (only 73 g per m3), which does not deplete oxygen and is 100% environmentally friendly.
One of the biggest advantages of aerosol for protecting agricultural companies is that our extinguishing agent is not dangerous for animals. No pipes are required for the compact automatic fire extinguishers and we offer units with an extinguishing capacity from 0.2 m3 to more than 70 m3. Our fire extinguishers are not pressurized and have an exceptionally long lifespan of 10+ years. This means that little to no maintenance is required and you can go to sleep with peace of mind.
We also have a solution for objects that are difficult to protect, such as air scrubbers. With our aerosol powder extinguishing systems, parts of air scrubbers can also be protected where dirt often collects. Like, for example, the fan.

How does aerosol work as extinguishing agent?
The fire is recognized by means of a fire detector, electrical ignition or fully autonomous analog ignition. Our Aerosol generator generates the aerosol and an endothermic reaction converts potassium hydrogen carbonate into potassium carbonate, chemically removing oxidizing substances from the combustion process and extinguishing the fire. At the same time, additional heat is extracted from the combustion process. This way the fire is extinguished in two ways and the chance of re-ignition is considerably reduced. During the extinguishing process, no oxygen is extracted and the residual potassium carbonate product is environmentally friendly and easy to clean up.
